Over the past few days, I have not been able to send email on my Hotmail account via PP. I get the error message below:
I re-entered my Oauth2 credentials, but still get the same result.
Has something changed about outgoing Outlook/Hotmail/Live server settings? Thanks.

New Hotmail issue
One of my Hotmail accounts giving consistent login errors today. It just times out on "Logging in...". I've reset OAuth several times and I've signed into the account via browser to make sure it works. Any other ways I can troubleshoot this? Thanks.

First time I've seen it in action:

Re: Odd Win 10 taskbar behavior
Sorry for any confusion. I'm not talking about the PP tray icon, but the PP taskbar icon. The one that appears at bottom of Win 10 screen when PP has been opened from the tray icon. To repeat: 1. Open PP from tray icon (now called Notification Area) 2. Click on PP taskbar icon 3. PP closes to tray i...

Odd Win 10 taskbar behavior
If PP 4.5.3.0 is running, its icon appears in taskbar. You can ALT-TAB to it. But if you click on it, it disappears and PP closes.

Re: Login Error on Yahoo!
Ok, just successfully used PP on another machine and I can see now that my Yahoo! account configuration on this PC is entirely different (e.g. IMAP). I'll copy over to the original PC and come back if the error persists. Sorry.

Set "Run Email Client" button to Win 10 Mail?
There is a setting (Tools > Options > General > Email client) to set the app POP Peeper will launch with the button at the bottom left of the main window. How do I set this to launch Windows 10 Mail app? The "=Windows Mail" select returns an error. Thanks.

Resolved
It's now been a few days since I dialed "Maximum simultaneous threads" down to 2 and things have been very stable. Not sure why I had it set higher, but it's been that way for years; Win XP and Win 7 did not seem to care. Thanks again for your help.
