PP offered the option of using AOuth2 when I changed the account password and not knowing what that was, I said 'no' and just entered the code as a regular password.

Yahoo mail is telling me they are changing the login process on my samsung mobile starting in October and want me to delete the mail account and re enter it so it will work when they switch. Thanks guys. Both accounts are POP, I've never been a big fan of IMAP so will stick with it as long as it's supported.

Likely a bug in the server since it started working again with no changes in Poppeeper's configuration.

Hi. Main window shows 6 emails, 4 blue envelopes and two yellow envelopes for all accounts. Tray icon (mailbox) shows 4 new / 6 unread / 21 total. The total is always higher than 0 even when new and unread are 0. Shouldn't the total in this case be 6 or is it counting something else that is hidden? ...

Any way to fix the email count on the tray icon when it reads higher than the main window?

That's what I did when I switched to imap on second pc. Must admit I didnt know what I was doing but it worked!

Yes but it looks like you have to do it for each device that uses it because it was already set to let my phone access via imap.
No prob though.
Think I had the same issue with Gmail as well.

Yahoo complains about lower security when you go to imap but not a lot of choice in the matter.

No messages on browser login. Changed PP to imap and authorized PP imap access on yahoo webmail account. Works ok in imap from PP.
Tried switching PP back to webmail and got the same errors. Leaving it set on imap for now.

Cant log into a yahoo.ca account using webmail setting in PP. Login on browser still working ok.
Been a couple of days like this. Forced update to 4.2.4.0 (Gmail fix) but still not working on Yahoo.

Good afternoon, I was getting the exclamation point error when PP auto checked the account (host unreachable message I think) and when I tried web access it just went round in circled giving me the login screen again. Fortunately (I guess) it has now started working both in PP and from the web redir...

Myway email service seems unreachable by PP or through a browser. They mention a service change starting in December 2015 and a redirected login page but this isn't working.
