If you open the run prompt (WinKey+R, assuming it's still valid for Win8), and then type a URL (e.g. http://www.poppeeper.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;), this is the equivalent of what PP does to open the link; does yours run Opera or IE? I've corrected it. Opera ope...

Win8:
Opera is OK. Default browser is Opera, is OK.
All links open Opera.

PopPeeper:
If PopPeeper do not install file PPtweaker.dll, no open Opera browser.
If install PPtweaker.dll (set Opera Browser) ..... is all OK.

WinKey+R .... write http://www.poppeeper.com/ ..... opens IE :( Opera is set as the default browser ! (opera .. settings ... default browser) . . Windows 8 - The default browser is Opera. Why open internet explorer, click on the mail?
