in responce to your question, i have 1 yahoo 1 aol, which are both working fine.
i have 7 gmail which are all Error: Try again later. (-10) using imap.gmail.com

just chiming in to say gmail access seemed fine till this morning sept 7th now i get;
Error: Try again later. (-10)
after several hours. i double checked my module versions and they are current:
pop peeper 4.3, webmail 4.2.2 ssl 1.0.2.6 imap 4.2 sendmail 4.2 pptweaker 4.2

1) Select Rules and press the "Add" button
2) Give the Rule a name
3) For the first line of the rule:

where is this? in one of your optional plug-ins?
I only use webmail, ssl and imap.

Jeff, here's an idea you can steal, for a feature i would love to exploit if it's ever offered; people have junk email address they use for various reasons, so they won't include them in their poppeeper account list. however, on occasion it would be great to get a single email off those junk account...
