I think I solved my problem.

I changed my server type from Yahoo to IMAP (with SSL selected in the dropdown next to it) and poppeeper has picked up all the new emails that weren't coming before.

So hopefully this is solved now, but I'll update the board if it's not.

I just changed from type gmail to imap in the poppeeper settings and it started working - I guess the gmail type was working for awhile and just broke for me in the past few days. Thanks as always for the super quick response!! You guys are great!!
