Re: PP forwards HTML e-mail as plain text
Jeff: Thanks for your reply. The reason I sometimes forward e-mail directly from PP is that it's not something I would keep in TB so I forward it and delete it all within PP. I never noticed "Open e-mail in client" on the File menu; I think that will do the trick for me. Thanks again for y...

PP forwards HTML e-mail as plain text
Running PP 5.5.2 and Thunrderbird 91.3.2 on Windows 10. When I open an HTML-formatted message in PP and click on Reply -> Forward, the forwarding message is opened in Thunderbird as a text message. However, if I open an HTML-formatted message in Thunderbird and click on Forward, the HTML formatting ...

Re: Transferring to a new computer
Thanks Jeff. Just out of curiosity, on how many computers can I run PP and stay within the terms of the license? I'm replacing one computer and there will be a second computer which is not running PP now (for another person) and would like to install it there too if I can legitimately do that. Rob

Transferring to a new computer
Pardon me if this has been asked before but I can't find any references to it in the forum. I am receiving a new PC this weekend. What is the procedure for transferring my PP Pro & Plus Pack licenses to the new computer?
Thanks.
Rob
Thanks.

Re: HTML message does not render properly within PP
Jeff: I sent you a copy of the survey in .eml format. There were no yellow banners to click on in the message.
Thanks for your help.

Re: HTML message does not render properly within PP
I will do that the next time I'm sent a survey which should be in a day or so.

HTML message does not render properly within PP
I receive an e-mail from CVS (drugstore chain) after every shopping trip with a "how did we do" survey. These e-mail messages no longer render properly in PP; all I see are scroll bars and a red stripe. If I view the E-mail message through my ISP's e-mail web client or through Thunderbird ...

Upgrading to PP 4.2 with Plus Pack
I'm a registered user of Pop Peeper and the Plus Pack. The last time upgraded I downloaded a file that contained both products. The download for version 4.2 (POPPeeperPro-Install-v42.exe) appears to not contain the Plus Pack (guessing this by its size). Should this be installed on top of my current ...

Re: Unable to open attachments on subsequent attempts
Jeff: That's exactly the error I get (sorry that I paraphrased it quite badly) and I do use an "aggressive" program to keep the temp directory clean (CCleaner). Apparently that's what's causing this situation.

Unable to open attachments on subsequent attempts
If I open an attachment in my PopPeeper inbox it always opens correctly the first time. If I then try to reopen it a subsequent time I get an error box saying "Error. Unable to open attachment." If I restart PopPeeper I can then open the attachment again. Is there a workaround for this? Ru...
