Re: View in email client functionality

Jeff wrote "It's the "File" menu when you're viewing the message, not the main menu -- maybe that's where you're looking?"

That's exactly the mistake I made. The functionality is there when I view an individual message. Thanks for your prompt reply. Feel free to lock this thread.

View in email client functionality

Hello, Prior to V.5, I could open and then view a particular email in my email client, without the necessity of opening the email client itself. That functionality was found when I went to file|open message in client (or words to that effect). I don't see that functionality in V.5; has that been don...

email tracking

Hello,

If I view my email through POP Peeper (instead of my email program), will it trigger any notifications to the sender that their particular email message was read? What I have in mind are email tracking programs that allegedly tell a sender when the recipient has opened the email that was sent.

I changed the server type to imap--the issue is now resolved (although I don't know why it was an issue to begin with)

Re: showing 0 messages

When I wrote "Poppeeer is showing 0 messages when I check mail. I haven't changed any settings. I can view these messages through my webmail account." I meant that I can see my messages if I access my webmail email account through my browser

Re: showing 0 messages

"The counter showing zero for the specific account(s) with this issue I presume is the "Unread" counter, correct?" That is correct. No new messages are not being downloaded either. "First try exiting and restarting PP. If this does not help then try rebooting your computer.&...

Yahoo mail: Empty message body after upgrade to v4.4

Good afternoon, I upgraded to v 4.4 For some reason my incoming messages are being stripped out from the body of the email. I received this in the body of the message instead- "Empty message body. The yellow icon gives me this message (after copying it to clipboard) - Error: Try again later. (-...
