Found a Fix or at least its working for me. For yahoo at least, I downloaded and copied over the webmail and ssl plugins, opened pop peeper went to my account settings switched from imap to pop3 port 995 ( was 993 ) saved and rechecked emails and fixed. Had to do the OAuth2 thing within a pop up win...
