The question is why this new correspondent has landed automatically in spam.
I set the program so that spams are deleted when checking messages again.
If I had not seen by chance in the spam, I would not even know that I was answered !

Following the sending of a question to a company in Sweden (for the first time), I receive an acknowledgement of receipt and it is in anti-spam without my intervention.
It's happened before on other occasions.

Hi lakrsrool, I'm using Pop Peeper PRO. - The messages were not in the junks folder (they are not deleted immediately), on line either. - Accounts are from my provider and AOL... in POP3. - There is nothing in the "error view" - i have deactivated the "Bcc rule" in PopPeeper, but...

I forget to answer some of your questions:
Initially, ini Location & data path were in appdata - roaming - poppeeper.
At the first reinstallation, I've set them in the folder of the program as test. It's now the case too.
