I actually went to the Themes folder, duplicated one of the INI files and created my own theme, with the colors I wanted, etc.
Maybe you can follow the same approach to customize your favorite color schemes...

I don't think it was the case as other programs were able to capture the browser.
But whatever it was, rebooting the computer fixed it. No longer an issue.
