Re: Re-sending (Sending a Copy) of a Message

Thanks, spc3rd and lakrsrool. I already had the Sent Mail Viewer installed, so it was just a matter of getting to Message / Edit as New.

Re-sending (Sending a Copy) of a Message

Is there a way to re-send (send a copy of) a message previously sent? I thought I did it once before in POP Peeper but can't find it now, and I don't see anything in Help or in the forum.

Thanks.

Re: Yahoo Ending Forwarding HELP!

I've been wondering if there was a similar option, for different reasons. When I delete a message in POP Peeper, it will also delete the message on the server, if it still exists there. I imagine that operation is consistent with the fundamental purpose of PP, to provide a view of mail on the server...

Re: Clickable Hyperlinks in Compose Window?

The bat in the taskbar icon continually flaps its wings for me. It might be because I have years of unread messages in mailing-list folders, which I've just selectively browsed for topics that interest me. The flapping of the black wings in the small icon doesn't bother me and I rarely even notice i...

Re: Clickable Hyperlinks in Compose Window?

lakrsrool, I am still using version 2.12 of The Bat!, which is from 2004, so it might be close to the version you knew. Why didn't I upgrade? It was just working very well for me and I didn't need any of the new features that came out. Now I'm in a position where so much has changed that it probably...

Re: Clickable Hyperlinks in Compose Window?

Thanks for your replies. lakrsrool, I use (an old version of) The Bat! and most hyperlinks and e-mail addresses do show up as clickable links. Evidently, it scans the text and looks for "http://" 'ftp://" "www" etc. I've often taken advantage of this feature to check that li...

Clickable Hyperlinks in Compose Window?

When viewing a message, hyperlinks in the text are shown and are clickable. Is it possible to have hyperlinks clickable when a message is being composed?

Re: Missing Plugins

For the sake of documentation, I'm adding a note to say that my problem has been resolved by a patch that Jeff made. Evidently the problem only occurs with Windows XP.

Many thanks for the great and timely support by Jeff, spc3rd, and lakrsrool.

Re: Missing Plugins

Thanks for the information and suggestions, lakrsrool. I won't attempt a complete install until hearing from Jeff. I moved Speller.dll (and also aspell.dll and the Pro\Spelling folder) to another drive, exited PP, and re-installed PP. When re-installing PP, Spell Checker was still listed as a compon...

Re: Missing Plugins

Thanks for your suggestions, lakrsrool. I tried re-installing PP with the Spell Checker plugin not checked, and then re-installing PP again with the plugin checked. No change in the results I'm getting. One interesting thing that happened was that after the first re-install (without the Spell Check ...

Re: Missing Plugins

Thanks for your help, Jeff. I did have v4.5.3 installed before v5.0.3, and even used v3.8.1 briefly on this computer. AntiJunk, Voice Notifier, and View WOT are all working for me. Only Spell Checker isn't working. I don't know whether it's significant, but from Tools / Plugins, I can get into the S...

Re: Missing Plugins

Thanks, lakrsrool. I checked and POP Peeper told me that no updates were needed. Then I went back and re-installed it with the original (5.25 MB) file I had used. During the installation process, I was able to check four plugins that I didn't have before (Profile Picture, AntiJunk, Spell Checker, an...

Re: Missing Plugins

Pete, Thanks for replying and for the useful information you've provided. [Tools] > [Activation] shows that my software is activated for both POP Peeper Pro and Plus Pack, and in the Activation section below the product list, is also shows "Activated" in green letters. Before I bought the ...

Missing Plugins

I am a new user and have purchased the Pro version and Plus Pack. I see to be missing some plugins and don't know where to get them. When I select Tools / AntiJunk/Rules / Rules, I get this message: This plugin may not be installed or is disabled. Select Tools / Plugins from the main menu to enable ...
