Re: Pop Peeper vs. Tor

I have intercepted PP's traffic using some proxy software, email checks go through the local 8080 and all works fine, but it's more like a workaround that has to be done manually on each restart, but if all traffic can successfully go via the local 8080, why isn't it possible from PP directly, Would...

Re: Pop Peeper vs. Tor

It's possible to route all stuff through Tor in Thunderbird at least, like this:

Could something similar be implemented in PP?

Pop Peeper vs. Tor

Is there a way to have all the peeper's traffic go via Tor/proxy? Socks5 or HTTPS
Have set the proxy to 127.0.0.1:8080, and noticed that the traffic such as update checks goes via the proxy, while the email checks continue using the direct connection and not the proxy.

Re: Outlook mail + 2FA = "account doesn’t exist"

There's also another term I've heard about the problems I have when accessing Outlook: "Modern Authentication".
Don't know what it is, but haven't found anything related in the PP account settings.

Outlook mail + 2FA = "account doesn’t exist"

Hello, I'm no longer able to check Outlook after the 2FA was enforced. POP Peeper suggested me to set up OAuth, but when I try, I always get this: "That Microsoft account doesn’t exist. Enter a different account or get a new one." Both with embedded browser and via regular web browser. Wha...
