Incredimail is an email client, YahooPops is a proxy (the email client connects through it). POP Peeper is also a client, not a proxy, so you can't connect to PP with Incredimail. For clarification: Your AIM account will not work with POP Peeper, because PP does not currently support IMAP. Looks like www.mail.com doesn't return ping responses. But you should at least get a name resolution/ip address from that, ie. www88.wr.outblaze.com [205.158.62.31].
