Regarding the Send/0-error -- POP Peeper does not support SendMail via the WebMail plugin. You should use IMAP with SMTP instead. Simply edit the account and change the "server type" to IMAP and POP Peeper will adjust the other settings. This must only apply to the "new" Outlook...
