If mielu wants to continue using v2.4 (presumably), you could still setup PP to use AOL's smtp server. - Edit the account - Select the "Send Mail" tab - Change "Reply Options" to 'SMTP' - SMTP Server: smtp.aol.com Note, some smtp servers require you to check incoming mail first. ...

It actually found an email I sent 4 days ago to a woman in Phoenix and sent it to my girlfriends in Sun City, AZ...Johnstown, PA.. and Mesa, AZ. My email address was in the "CC" field so I got a copy too. Does anybody else have access to your computer....? If you're certain that it wasn't...

When you send the email, do you use "reply all"? This would include additional addresses that the original sender had used. Do you know the other addresses? What did you use to send the message (PP, OE, Yahoo web)? Have you tried sending yourself an email and seeing if any other addresses ...

Help File translation is not supported. The PPLCHR tool is not maintained and therefore outdated and obsolete.

Thanks to PP user, MetalfanBlackness, I've gotten to see the hotmail interface first hand. There's a lot less clutter than the traditional interface and it looks and behaves more like a local email client. For example, some people like to use the preview pane and others like to use a "whole pag...

Incredimail is an email client, YahooPops is a proxy (the email client connects through it). POP Peeper is also a client, not a proxy, so you can't connect to PP with Incredimail. I've never actually used Incredimail myself, but unless they've changed things from a few years ago, not all clients are...

For clarification: Your AIM account will not work with POP Peeper, because PP does not currently support IMAP. To use PP with your AIM accounts, you will have to wait for the next version ( http://www.poppeeper.com/whatscoming.php ) war1 was indicating how to setup AIM to work in your email client, ...

There are no plans to support it since it does support POP3, and thus makes the audience needing a webmail version very small.

I was about to add it to the MSP list, but when I tried to create an account it rejected the fake address I entered, and I didn't feel like re-entering everything... They want to send "confirmation" of something to a physical address, so is it required for signup? Also, I couldn't find any...

Love the freudian slip ;) I always wonder about these companies who name their product to other things, like how people HotPop sounds like it has something to do with Hotmail, or how POP Peeper checks more than just POP... I got your email, thanks. I'm still playing catchup from taking a 3 day no-PP...

Just thought I would point out that it isn't very likely you'll get many responses to this type of query -- I would expect most people who need a translation won't be reading a message written in English on an English-based forum ;) So if you have completed the translation, send it to me and I will ...

The official Swedish translation is from v2.3, which is why SendMail and other translations are not present. If Christer has finished it, perhaps you can email it to me and I will post it so everyone can access it.

Actually, I had, and that's why I asked... But the reason I mentioned it was in chance that maybe an entire re-translation wouldn't be necessary, but you could base it off an existing translation.

Looks like www.mail.com doesn't return ping responses. But you should at least get a name resolution/ip address from that, ie. www88.wr.outblaze.com [205.158.62.31].

Try using a different browser and see if you have the problem with that browser too.

What happens when you go to mail.com? 404 error or what? And is it just going there, or when you try to login?

There is already a Slovenian translation. Are they similar?
