No - it isn't possible just to change accounts from .co.uk to .com They are different email addresses. Somebody else already has the .com ones. The accounts I have that are .com work fine, it's only the .co.uk ones that don't. The .co.uk ones used a separate server, which is now showing as 'unknown'...

When I test the servers, I get 2 options, as above and 'mail.hotmail.co.uk,' and both show as 'unknown host'.
