right now here what I think happened poppeper was not responding I am using the newest version 5 so when I rebooted my pc I got my messages working again and all my old messages are gone so that why I have 2 different message count. I think the problem happened when PopPeeper crashed and i lost part of that database was lost and now I showing messages 10/20/20

I have 52 messages there going from 10/20/20 to current date 10/31/20

There were no backups I made previously and I am concerned it could happen again

well I just did a backup and I realized this my first backup this year and my other backups are few and far between so how can get these done automatically I didnt see that option with my quick look or if I cant do that how could I at least get a reminder so I can at least do rhe backups myself TIA!

I have tried many different settings and I am know every time I run the to get my email I will get different errors based on the new settings.

I need to know the exact setting that I need to make in PP so I can apply them and start getting my email again.

Ok I had to recheck the logon name and it didnt have the @verizon.net and once I added that its working so glad that finally figured out ty.
