Outlook.com support

WebMail v3.8.0.9 has been released with support for the Outlook.com interface. This update also has the following, related changes:
- The Server Type name has changed from "Hotmail/MSN/Live" to "Hotmail/Outlook"
- Adding an @outlook.com address using the Create New Account wizard will default to using the Hotmail/Outlook server type
