I think I fixed this locally a while ago and then subsequently forgot to include the update.... I'll look into this and get back to you.

The update is available (v5.0.0.1002) -- go to Help / About and press "check version" and you should be given the option to auto-update the skin notifier; which is the only method available to update right now.
