You can drag files to be sent, the file will be attached to the email message by simply dropping the file into the message body.

Note from POP Peeper Help regarding attachments:

In "Tools" > "Options" > "Send mail" you will find a "signature" button to add a signature to all accounts (any accounts that do have its own signature will use this signature) or by editing each account individually (i.e. RIGHT-click on an account and select "Edit account"), select "Send mail" where you will find a "Signature" button for that specific individual account. (btw, there are other ways to edit accounts as well (i.e. select an account in the left account list pane and then from the main menu select "Accounts" > "Edit")
