Check to see if you are able to log-in to your account on the web (using the Internet) with the password you are using in POP Peeper. If you cannot you may have changed your password for this account but not changed the same password for this account in POP Peeper.

If you can log-in on the web and you still get this error in POP Peeper you can resolve the issue by changing from using the Webmail (Server type = "Gmail") protocol to using "IMAP" (Server type = "IMAP") by editing the account (it appears you had at one time been using "IMAP" so switching back should fix this error for you and btw, this is the recommended protocol to use). When you do this you should be sure and also click on the "OAuth2" button in the account edit window and follow the ensuing steps to authorize POP Peeper for this account.

It is also recommended to use "PUSH/Idle" when using "IMAP" by enabling (checking) this option in the same account edit window (but not necessary if you prefer to have POP Peeper Mail Checks scheduled via "Polling Intervals" as opposed to messages getting pushed to your account at the point they reach the accounts Server --- note: there are advantages however to using "PUSH/Idle" beyond getting your messages more quickly as they arrive on the accounts Server).
