Second Replies in PopPeeper's Message Part Not Seen

Post by gatakok »

I have been using Pop Peeper for a long time and it is getting better and better.

Today, I replied an e-mail to my student. After my message he replied, but when I opened in PopPeeper what I only see was my old message (Picture 1).

I looked at HTML code, then I saw he has written (Picture 2) something extra.

I also openned the message in University Mail Sytem, and there was no problem (Picture 3). He wrote extra things.

Therefore what is the problem that PopPeeper hasn't show me the student's new message?

What happens when you save that HTML, and try to view it in Internet Explorer?

gatakok -- I've removed the images because this is a public forum and the images contained information about the other person, as well as email addresses and phone numbers.

In order to see what's wrong, I'll need to see the original message source. Please do the following:
1) View the message in POP Peeper
2) From the menu, select File / Save message as and save the file
3) Send an email to (support at esumsoft dot com) and attach the file of the saved message source; please include a description of the problem and also please specify what text is missing.

Thank you very much for your reply. I sent the all files to suppor e-mail address.

In the saved HTML code, the first part is not seen again in Chrome.

(Actually I had already erased the important parts in pictures, before importing to forum)
