you have reached the maximum number of device installations

Post by gordon »

Hi,
I am running PP and pluspack on my win7 laptop, and it runs fine.
And I am installing win10 on another laptop.
When I try to get a license for the win10, I get an error: :-(
>you have reached the maximum number of device installation...
>do you want to dactivate your earliest installation?

I read an post by jeff that said you can have 3 installations.
I only have the win7 and the new win19

I have been going in circles, so I may have accidentally created multiple accounts.
Can I have 2 licenses for PP and pluspack?
I would like to have 2 licenses for my 2 laptops.
thanks

It looks like PP should have asked if you'd like to deactivate an older device, which is usually fine (ie. unless you're running too many devices, it won't deactivate one you're using). I've gone ahead and deactivated it, so if you try activating again now, it should go through clean (if you get a "too many attempts" error, exit and restart POP Peeper and try again). If you still have a problem, contact me via email (support at esumsoft dot com).
