What services supported by WebMail plugin (except Excite and mail.com)?

It's probably best that you read THIS topic on Webmail subscription. If you have any additional questions then please by all means post any further questions.

Basically the "Webmail" plugin will service virtually all Email Service Providers but in most cases is not necessary. There are a few Email Providers that may not provide the IMAP/POP3 protocols (but nearly all do and some do via their paid services) in which case if either of the "IMAP/POP3" configurations are not available then the Email Providers "Webmail" protocol would become necessary.

Another Email Service Provider that you didn't mention in which "Webmail" might be helpful would be "June/Netzero" (as I'm not aware IMAP is available for this Email Provider - POP3 is available however) and there are others presumably.
