why does Junk view show same emails and no junk email when multi color and gold color clicked?

Look to see which 2 options it's using by clicking on the arrow and referring to the item with a dot next to it (and let me know both for confirmation). Sometimes it gets stuck on toggling between "all" and "legit and unknown" and I haven't been able to figure out why yet. If you select "reset" on the dropdown menu that should fix it.
