Hello orshay,

A question for you, to get started:

1. Is the problem you are having now similar to the one you reported in THIS TOPIC in June 2017?

Other members of The Esumsoft Team will also be reviewing the issue you are experiencing and may have additional questions/instructions for you.

Thank you and best regards. :)

The general bandage for this type of database corruption is to delete the affected database. If you have accounts that don't appear to be affected, you may want to consider deleting those, also, as corruption doesn't always exhibit the symptoms immediately; but that's up to you, just remember to reset/delete the databases later if it does happen.

Here's how:
1) From POP Peeper's main menu, select Tools / Options
2) Select the "Storage" page
3) Double-click the text "Data path" to open the folder in File Explorer
4) Exit POP Peeper
5) (In File Explorer) Each account has a folder, and each account's folder has a file named data.db -- delete this file for each affected account (alternatively, do a search for data.db and delete them)

Keep in mind that while POP Peeper will re-sync your messages from the server after you delete the data.db file, you may lose certain information like read/unread status (although in most cases this will also sync if you're using IMAP), user-flags, and replied-to status.

Hi Jeff and all
yes that seems to solve the problem.
And yes, it's quite similar to the problem I reported in 2017.
The DB is refreshing as I write this, and it seems to be OK.
I'll write again if I encounter any issues.

thanks a lot!! :D
