Moi!

Have you finished the translation already? I mean it's November and the message was dated in July. ;-) And of course I could help you to finish it.

Hi.

Is this Finnish translation project of POP Peeper active? Finnish language file seems to be for old version of POP Peeper... There is some untranslated strings in when I use it with POP Peeper v2.5, so if there is nobody who translate those untranslated strings for that new version, I could translate them...

Yes , please go ahead and tia (last Finnish translation was for PP 2.4 on Oct 2006) .

The instructions are outlined in the PP Languages page .

Just curious , I knew your language name as Suomi , is it the same as Suomeksi ?

Hi, Thanks!
And thanks about your answer.
I will try to become familiar with those instructions...

Yes. "Suomeksi" is one shape of the word "Suomi"...
Word "Suomi" is used to reference country/language and word "Suomeksi" is only used to reference language.

Some examples:
"Can you repeat it in English?" - is like - "Voitko toistaa sen Suomeksi?"
"My language is English." - is like - "Kieleni on Suomi."
"My country is England." - is like - "Kotimaani on Suomi."

:D

Thanks, Mikko.

For anybody that wants to download it:
1) Open POP Peeper
2) On the main menu, select Tools / Options
3) Select the 'General' page
4) In the languages dropdown, select "download..."
5) Select "Finnish" and then press OK
You'll need to restart POP Peeper for the changes to take effect.

Alternatively, you can download and install it manually:

Hi.

Updating Finnish language file for PP v4.1 is almost ready...
I've also done several corrections to old content of file (tested manually "step-by-step" with real PP 4.1.1 app), so it should be now much clearer to use and also easier to understand.
