I've translated v3.8.1 to Hebrew.

The Hebrew translation has not been updated in a long while, so I think you're safe. If\when you're done with the translation, email it to me (support at poppeeper dot com) and I will post it so that others can use it.
A tip -- make sure you select the "SendMail" section (from the dropbox next to the 'Set' button which says "POP Peeper" by default) and translate that, too. Most first-time translators miss that.
