WebDAV and Lycos/Jubii

As I just found out, the European Lycos servers (eg. mail.lycos.co.uk) have been taken over by "jubii." I had a @lycos.co.uk account that has now been converted to a "@jubii.co.uk" account. Ok, fine.

The reason for even visiting the site was to do a little research into webdav, which lycos.co.uk used to support. But as far as I can tell, this is no longer an option:
http://webdav.jubii.co.uk/httpmail.asp doesn't exist
http://webdav.lycos.co.uk/httpmail.asp exists, but doesn't seem to work: using OE, it appears to accept my login, but claims I have no mail.

I then found that there is a http://webdav.jubii.dk/httpmail.asp and after jumping through hoops to figure out the danish language, I created an account; but testing with OE doesn't accept my login.

So my questions are:
1) does anyone have any information regarding webdav and jubii -- is there another url that will work? do they plan on adding it soon? etc?
2) does anyone know of any other free webmail services that provide webdav?

Jeff,

I do not know of any email service other than Hotmail that uses Webdav. Hotmail will soon have free POP3 access. Paid Hotmail users already has POP3.

Ah, the obvious answer -- my old hotmail account still has httpmail support. #-o I got so wrapped up in wanting lycos.co.uk to work, I forgot about hotmail.

One of the motivating factors of adding webdav support for PP was so that the non-lycos.com Lycos servers could be supported. I *think* that Exchange 2007 still supports the protocol for OWA, so there's still a reason to consider it.

I had heard that hotmail was providing premium-pop3 and eventually free-pop3, but I still don't see it on their plans page. Too bad it's not imap.
