PPLC 3.x or English language template

I am looking for an English language template for PP 3.7 or PPLC 3.7. Is one of these still available?

The latest PPLC is still at v3.4. Do you think that an update is necessary?

Not really . Meanwhile I found the old/new untranslated strings for the german language file by using Reshacker.

The german language file for PP 3.7 is attached.

The existing German translation is already at the latest PPLC v3.4. While it's technically possible to manually add some of the text that has been added since then, it's not very convenient. What did you change in your file?

I changed the word "Editieren" to "Bearbeiten" (10 times). "Bearbeiten" is standard in Windows and any other program.

- It's not possible to translate the label of the new toolbar buttons "Sent Mail" and "Archive".
- It's not possible to translate the context menu of the toolbar. This was due to a technical issue with that particular context menu:
