Regarding the Hotmail accounts, since MSN has been recently updating user terms try logging in on-line on the web and see if you're getting the following:

"We're updating the terms and privacy statement for your account
As part of our effort to improve your experience across our consumer services, we're updating the Microsoft Services Agreement and the Microsoft Privacy Statement. We want to take this opportunity to notify you about these updates.
"CONTINUE" button"

If you're getting a similar message as the above when logging in from their web page, then by just clicking "Continue" to proceed as normal will allow POP Peeper to check mail successfully again.

In regards to the Gmail account, if you haven't made any changes to this account then wait a while and see if this error gets resolved by Gmail, if not report back.
