Hi,
I have popeeper free versions as follows:
pop peeper 4.0.1.0
webmail 4.0.19.0
ssl 1.0.1.8
imap 4.0.1.0
sendmail 4.0.1.0
pptweaker 4.0.1.0
I have at least one yahoo email account that is not getting new emails into poppeeper. I have tried deleting/recreating the affected yahoo email account and the new emails show up and then it quits again. There is no error I know of happening on this yahoo email's upload (no yellow index image thing).
Any ideas?

I think I solved my problem.
I changed my server type from Yahoo to IMAP (with SSL selected in the dropdown next to it) and poppeeper has picked up all the new emails that weren't coming before.
So hopefully this is solved now, but I'll update the board if it's not.

Thanks for the report. I've noted Yahoo has had several service disruptions within the past two hours. I've even had 1 of my own Yahoo accounts (set up as IMAP), generate an error within PP in the past 45 minutes. Typically, these are intermittent issues which will resolve themselves on a subsequent mail check by PP.
*As a sidenote, this exact same scenario has been occurring intermittently with some Hotmail/Outlook accounts as well.
