I have the Plus Pack installed and activated,
POP Peeper v 4.0.1,
the View > Mailbox > Sent item is starred and gives the message This is an optional download that allows you to read saved messages.

Here are some possibilities:
1) Check under Help / About and look through the list to make sure that "Sent Mail Viewer" is listed. If it's listed, does it report that your "current" version is v4.0.0.0?
2) If SMV is installed and it says "n/a" for your current version, then that indicates that the Plus Pack is not activated. From the main menu, select Tools / Activation to double-check.
3) Try exiting and restarting POP Peeper
If none of those work, send an email and we'll help troubleshoot it.

If you have tried Exiting and Restarting Pop Peeper and no change then try Rebooting computer.
If no change at that point send Jeff an email with the details at the link provided in his post in order to troubleshoot the problem.
As an afterthought, if you go to "Tools" > "Options" > "Plugins", do you see "Notification Voice" listed in your plugins list? It's as if the Plus Pack is not activated and this plugin is another function of the Plus Pack so I'm just curious if you find this in the list.

I do see Notification Voice v 4.0.0.0 under Plugins.
I don't see Send Mail Viewer in that list though ...

I have just seen the note on your site that the Plus Pack must also be updated when updating POP Peeper!
