I think Hotmail/Live/Outlook is changing again. After two hours of PP working fine today, I started to get blank entries in PP for one of my accounts. another one I get a time out error.
Here is a copy of a blank entry when I click to open the entry, which I get everytime PP checks the account.
{"Header":{"ServerVersionInfo":{"MajorVersion":15,"MinorVersion":1,"MajorBuildNumber":549,"MinorBuildNumber":23,"Version":"V2016_06_24"}},"Body":{"ResponseMessages":{"Items":[{"__type":"GetConversationItemsResponseMessage:#Exchange","MessageText":"Data is corrupt., The format of the serialized ID is not valid. This serialized ID may belong to another other provider.","ResponseCode":"ErrorCorruptData","ResponseClass":"Error"}]}}}

Hotmail/Live/Outlook problem
Re: Hotmail/Live/Outlook problem
It's possible that there's a new interface, but the header is exactly the same as the account I tried testing with and I'm not seeing any problems, even after switching it to conversation as I assume your account is set to.
What I suggest trying:
- Right-click on the account and select clear cookies
- Right-click on the account and select "Check mail"
- Open one of your existing messages that has the bad message and select File / Re-download message
If that works, you can do that for other messages, too.

Re: Hotmail/Live/Outlook problem
I'm confused, how do you set the account to conversation?
Also, the blank messages are coming thru to PP, even when there are no messages in the inbox for the account.

Re: Hotmail/Live/Outlook problem
Well, it's not in the settings like you might expect (and where I always start looking myself...). If you go to your inbox, just above your message list on the far right you should see "All v" (the 'v' indicates a dropdown menu); if you click on that, you'll get a menu where at the very bottom is "view as" = "Messages" or "conversations."
When using WebMail, POP Peeper works better when NOT using conversation mode, although I do try to support both.
Ok, very strange... did you try clearing cookies anyway? If you still have the problem, email me (support at esumsoft dot com) and we'll figure out what's going on.
