Hi flechedargent,

I am able to successfully send mail this morning using an Outlook account.

Please provide us with the following information:

1) Post the version of POP Peeper you are using. You can get this information by clicking on "Help" > "About POP Peeper...", from the main menu.

2) While you are there please also post the "Webmail" version that you are using in case we need that.

3) Please provide the email protocol you are using as well, this is found by editing the problem account(s) (right-click on account and select "Edit account") and from the "General" tab post what you have for the "Server type" setting. It will be either "IMAP", "POP3" or "Hotmail/Outlook".

4) Post here in this topic the Operating System you are using.

5) And lastly, since you are getting errors, please provide the error overview information by clicking on the exclamation in the lower-right corner of the main POP Peeper window interface and press the "Copy" button and then "Paste" that information here in this topic (right-click and select "paste").

All of this can help us with more details as far as what kind of issue you are having with your Outlook.com account, most importantly step 5 (which actually provides us with virtually all of the information requested above). Thank you.

Sending mail via Outlook using the WebMail plugin is not supported -- it's recommended that you use IMAP/SMTP. Both Imap and smtp are superior protocols over webmail. Edit the account, change the "server type" to "IMAP" and enable "IDLE" while you're there.
