Poppeeper dates

Post by captqbec »

hi,

...brand new installation in new machine of latest Pop peeper.

Win 10 pro Creator's edition.

Problem is dates are messed as newer incomings are not on top.

Of course I went through numerous possible fixes but no joy.

On 10 machines, this is the only one that behaves like this.

Yahoo server but when changing to Imap, all is ok.

Why this bug in one (1) machine only?

thanks for great app...wish we had it on Android also :)

Greetings Mike,

Sorry to hear of the problem you're having with that one account.
You mentioned having tried a number of "fixes" without success. Since I (obviously) don't know what you have tried thus far, I'll start with the simplest possible resolution & ask if you've tried left-clicking once on the "Date/Time" column shown on the PP Main interface to re-order the messages like you want? (See image below).
Sorting messages into ascending or descending order by Date/Time
Sorting messages into ascending or descending order by Date/Time

Please let us know if doing the above resolves the problem or not.

Best regards,

Fixed!

Problem was my date formats were set to English Canada...solution was to set to English United States.

Thx Emusoft for great app.
