A miracle has happened! This morning I checked my e-mail using Pop Peeper.
And all Yahoo accounts worked fine now, no errors appear anymore.
Yesterday, Jef advised me to configure them all for POP3, this had some success (only one Yahoo account still failed).
With Error ([SYS/TEMP] Server error - Please try again later.)
But It is magic, this error mysteriously disappeared overnight !
A moment ago I did change all 3 accounts back to IMAP again, with IDLE/PUSH enabled, and reauthorize them with Oauth2.
It works OK for 2 accounts, I't's a pity but now with 1 Yahoo account the Error reappears:
Error ([UNAVAILABLE] UID FETCH Server error while fetching messages)
I switched this Yahoo account back to POP3, and it is functioning well now.
I would not be surprised tomorrow the same problem shows up again with any of the Yahoo accounts.

You had mentioned that *2* accounts weren't working with IMAP before, so I assume that the one that still requires POP3 was one of those 2?

Right, one Yahoo account only works with POP3.
But I have news! I just did a test this morning, and now this account appears to work with IMAP again !
As you see, no logic seems to be involved.?????????????????

I would assume that Yahoo fixed the problem. Whether the amount of time it took them to find and fix the problem is adequate is subjective, but I can tell you that Yahoo has experienced quite a bit more issues in the past year or so than previously.
