PP Help is not displaying topic

Just upgraded from v3.8.1 to v4.5.
The Help dialog is not functioning properly: the topic list shows, but the topic narratives do not display at all.

One of the topics is selected, in the image, but the topic narrative does not show in the right-hand pane.

What to do?

Sorry to hear of the PP Help File issue you're having.

While awaiting further review of your topic by other members of the The Esumsoft Team, I have two questions for you:

1. When you upgraded to v4.5, did you do so via the zip file or did you use the exe installer?

2. When you upgraded, did you completely exit POP Peeper before installing the latest version?

1) Zip file
2) I installed PP on a PC that it never resided on. The 3.8 version is still being used on another PC waiting on an answer to another issue I posted before I fully upgrade that to 4.5.
Is there a second file needed that may have gotten hosed when I extracted and moved everything under my PP folder, perhaps?
