sportman40 -- we are now on page 9 in this topic and at this point many of your questions remain the same.
We certainly want to help you but at this point cannot help any further or answer more questions until you follow the steps we have recently outlined for you to take. Continuing with questions as posted above will not help since we have covered everything concerning what you are attempting to do.
Please click HERE to return to the post on the previous page that explains in additional detailed graphics what it is we need you to do.
You should not have any trouble with the steps 1-8 that we've requested you do as there are a number of detailed screen-shots including detailed explanations for each of the 8 steps included in the post. If after going over the steps there is something that is still confusing in the step 1-8 instructions then please re-read them over again paying attention to every one of the detailed explanations. Paying attention to details should allow you to successfully complete all of the steps.
By clicking on the "HERE" link above you will be taken to the post that has the steps that we have requested that you please complete as described in that post. So let's see if we can get this done!
-- you can do it sportman40.
After you have completed all 1 through 8 steps and get the results of doing these steps then we will be happy to continue to answer any questions you have regarding the steps you will have performed.
If after you complete the steps 1-8 on the post linked above and still have issues please post relevant screen-shots that would apply to the results you get that are in question as a result of completing the steps outlined.
Thank you for your cooperation sportman40.

Re: All New emails going to Junk view ?
lakrsool I completed the steps 1-8 on the post linked did I do it right way here is a screen-shots
Re: All New emails going to Junk view ?
Thank you very much for applying those steps sportman40
Based on your screen-shot it appears that you did steps 5-8 exactly as requested but as far as steps 1-4 are concerned we are not getting what is expected.
Are you totally certain you did each step 1-4 exactly as instructed? -- including to start out with selecting "Accounts" from the main PP menu. We are not seeing the Accounts pane display as it should be if you are using the "Accounts" menu option to start out with. The expectation is for both the "Accounts" pane and "Message" panes to look identical.
To reiterate (as previously posted) the first set of steps 1-4 to change the Accounts font settings we are requesting you do do the following:
Step 1. which says to - Go to "Accounts" in the main menu :and then choose "Select font" from the drop-down options: As a result of this you will get the "Select font" window where you are requested to do the following as described in Step 2 and Step 3: As seen in the screen-shot the settings need to be set to the values as shown - which is the "font" set to "Tahoma" and "font size" set to "18" then click on the "OK" button (screen-shot has "Apply" but you will have an "OK" button) and then click on the "Close" button (completing steps 1-4).
It is critical that we can depend upon you accurately following these steps precisely as described so we are just checking one last time to CONFIRM with certainty that you are absolutely confident you are explicitly following all the steps above as stated. We have to be certain -- because if this is true that you are doing precisely what was requested for steps 1-4 then based on the screen-shot you posted your results do not conform to our expectation and are in conflict with what we get doing the same exact steps.
This post should be disregarded -- please refer to additional comments below for an explanation.
Bottom line -- sportman40 - you have completed the steps 1-8 requested of you successfully. Jeff has checked this out and the results are what we would expect contrary to my incorrect conclusions. Apologies for causing all the confusion on my part.
And good work sportman40 -- for successfully changing all the fonts as designated in the steps 1-8 that you completed correctly after all.

First taking this part of your question:sportman40 wrote: ↑Sun Apr 26, 2020 4:51 am lakrsool I absolutely confident you explicitly followed all the steps as stated. We have to be certain -- because if this is true that you are doing precisely what was requested for steps 1-4 then based on the screen-shot you posted your results do not conform to our expectation and are in conflict with what we get doing the same exact steps. Can you tell me please 1-4 is wrong and why it is ?
As I explained -- both the "Accounts" pane and the "Message" pane should appear as identical -- this is because as you can see for steps 2-3 the font settings for both the "Accounts" and "Messages" panes are identical. If the screen-shot you have posted is accurate then the results you get after doing all the steps precisely as stated (as illustrated listed below) is for some inexplicable reason in conflict with what we get doing the same exact steps.
1.) Go to "Accounts" in the main menu and choose "Select font"
2.) Change the "font" to "Tahoma"
3.) Change the "font size" to 18
4.) Press OK
The above "Accounts" font settings are identical to the steps for "Messages" font settings -- therefore the expectation for both panes with the same font settings is that both panes would be displayed identically. The results you get based on your screen-shot conflicts with this expectation as well as contradicts with the results we get doing the same steps which is frankly difficult to understand.
Second taking the second part of your question:
This is because you are using version 4 of POP Peeper which has the "OK" button and I am using version 5 of POP Peeper which has the "Apply" button. It doesn't matter -- because both buttons do virtually the same thing.
Bottom line: to be honest -- it is very difficult to comprehend how you can get different results for the two panes if you are actually entering the same font settings for both panes as instructed in steps 1-8. Which is why we are asking that you be very certain you have accurately followed each and every step as described otherwise we have a situation that does not comport at all to what is both expected as well as the results we get doing the very same steps.

sportman40 -- please disregard my comments. Jeff has pointed out that you have indeed successfully completed steps 1-8 that we requested from you.
You may want to change the font to a smaller size because the font size of 18 was for testing purposes.
So feel free to do the same steps that you have previously done correctly to make any changes in font size that you might want to make the PP main page look the way you like.

Re: All New emails going to Junk view ?
If you have not made any changes to your PP main page since you last posted the screen-shot (further up this page) that includes the Accounts pane with the larger font displayed in the columns then....
As a reality check -- sportman40 - please do the following:
1) Click on the "Accounts" option in the main PP menu and then
2) Click on the "Select font..." option -- at this point you will have the "Select font" window (as expected).
3) Take a look in that window -- you will see a check box to "Reset to default" in this window. Please click on that check box so there is a "check mark" in the box.
Screen-shot of check box: After clicking on the box and you then see a check mark in the box like this: then go to step 4 below
4) Click on the "OK" button.[/s]
Be certain you have judicially followed each and every one of the above 4 steps.
Now look at your Accounts pane to the left side of the POP Peeper main page -- is there a change from what you had before?
If you observe a change from what what you previously saw and previously posted then please comment on what that change is that you see now.
If you do not observe any change from before and instead the Accounts pane still appears to be the same then please post the current screen-shot that includes the Accounts pane.
sportman40 -- my conclusions that the font size did not correspond to expectations.
Jeff has assured me that this is not the case and based on font comparisons he has made you have successfully completed steps 1-8 -- so that the "Message" pane now matches the "Accounts" pane for font size.
It main page appear odd (as it did to me) only because you have entered a large font size (18) in order to confirm that the steps 1-8 were done correctly -- which the were so congratulations on completing the step correctly.
I apologize for causing all the confusion regarding my false perceptions regarding this.
So please disregard all of my comments above in this post.
As I mentioned you may want to change the font to a smaller size because the font size of 18 was for testing purposes.
Now that you have completed all the steps 1-8 correctly you can repeat this again with the same steps that you have previously done correctly to make any changes in font size that you might want to make the PP main page look the way you like.

Re: All New emails going to Junk view ?
sportman40 -- as a followup; what is the font size that you want to use?
You had previously posted a screen-shot with a font size changed to 11 from the former size 8 as reported HERE in the topic.
I'm not sure this is the font size you actually want to use however -- but whatever the font size is that you want; now that you have successfully made font size changes to both the Accounts and Message panes you can go back and repeat the steps 1-8 that you completed correctly and make whatever font size change you prefer.
Once again my sincerest apologies for creating so much unnecessary confusion on my part
-- this is very embarrassing
But we can take solace in the fact that you can now change font sizes in both of the main PP panes to whatever font size you like.
So nice job sportman40 getting the font changes done successfully

All you have to do is the same way you did it before but enter DIFFERENT FONT SIZES as far as what it is that you prefer to use. Do not enter the "Size" as in the example linked above -- but instead just enter your preferred font size in the "Size" box.

lakrsool Do not enter the "Size" - but instead just enter your preferred font size in the "Size" box.
Simple as that -- everything else is the same. ?

Re: All New emails going to Junk view ?
Yes -- instead of what the example I linked above has for size which is "18" you just need to enter the specific size that you want for POP Peeper. If you like size "18" then go ahead and enter that size. But if you would prefer a different size like "12" or "16" or whatever other size you want then just enter the size you want.
All the other steps will be the same as in the linked example to follow.

lakrsool their no apply on mine ?
Re: All New emails going to Junk view ?
As to your last post above:
So just click on the "OK" button in your case when you get to that point.
So just click HERE to get to the steps to change font size and follow each of the steps as listed (same way you did before) -- except that when you get to the steps for "Size" you will enter the size number you want to use. It might be what it is in the example steps which is "18" or you might like a different size such as "12" or "14" or "16" etc -- just make the number for "Size" what looks good to you.
You can change the size as many times as you like to get want you want.
And of course you would be clicking on the "OK" button to complete the font "Size" change you have entered each time (in your case because you are using POP Peeper version 4).
Your version of POP Peeper will have an '"OK' button (my version has the "Apply" button) --- it is the same as the "Apply" button. They both do essentially the same thing for you...
So just click on the "OK" button in your case when you get to that point.

Your screen-shot is of the POP Peeper main menu -- you cannot change the way this looks. This is the way POP Peeper is for everyone.

Re: All New emails going to Junk view ?
All of the many optional setting choices for each of the menu items are the same for everyone.
If what you are asking is what any one of us have set for each of the possible optional choices that can be made -- well considering there are literally 100's of various settings (and each of us might have different various setting choices) that can be made through all of the myriad of drop-down setting possibilities we cannot take the time to go over all of them as it would literally take many many weeks or actually more likely even literally months to cover.
Any questions you might have regarding any of the settings that the main menu provides -- you can ask about them as you use them.
But please -- any more questions on other subjects (than "Junk view" which is what this topic started out as) --please remember to start another topic subject matter and do so for each different specific topic questions you might have in the future.
As far as this specific topic is concerned -- I think we can consider the topic closed since we have covered a number of questions and you have been able to successfully navigate the necessary steps to get your desired results.
So good work and congratulations on your success getting the results you wanted.
