Error (FETCH could not complete for one or more messages)

Hi,
hello, sorry but I'm french.....
I have a great problem : I have always the message "Erreur (FETCH could not complete for one or more messages)" with the server imap.skynet.be (= proximus.be).
I have also this :

test [1000: IMAP] ['imap.proximus.be' (993) SSL: 1] [Smtp: 'relay.proximus.be' (587) SSL: 2] [oauth: 0] [consec: 1]

I haven't no problem for send a message with the server SMTP relay.proximus.be, bit I don't reciever my messages from the server IMAP imap.proximus.be !!!
