Hi,
I checked the help file as well as tried searching the forum.
Is there any way I could run rules on existing emails already received?
Some sample use cases:
1. I wanted to use a different back color for some emails with a specific subject
2. I wanted to assign a user flag to some emails from a specific sender.
So far I found that these rules apply only on new emails received AFTER the rule is created.
Am I missing some step to run these on existing emails?
Please guide.

If you right-click on a message, select:
AntiJunk -> Re-evaluate message
The same option is available under the main 'Messages' menu. All selected messages will be re-evaluated.
Depending on how many messages you have, you may want to just select a page or two to see how long it takes before doing a Ctrl+A. Although, there's not really any UI-feedback to let you know that it's really doing anything.
