oauth2 problems

Today, I have a lot of problems connecting to GMail. PopPeeper asks for another authorization. It works a short period and stops working.

Here are a few suggestions:

Note that your error suggests you are not using Oauth2, despite the subject of your post. I presume that you have tried Oauth2, but at the time you captured this error, you were trying other things.

1) Try using IMAP instead of POP3

2) To use password method, you must create and use an app-password. Use the link provided in the error for information.

3) Just wait; some people seem to have issues with gmail rejecting their oauth credentials but it should eventually clear up. And I recommend not trying to force it when this happens as this may exacerbate the situation.

I did not know about the password and app thing. Thanks. It works.
