It's not a big deal, but the icon in the (default) Windows new-mail-popup is kind of low-res.
Is it possible to alter this image or embed a sharper icon?
See screenshot, the icon on the left of the text is kinda blurry.
I like the icon very much, but a sharper version would be nice.
- edit - When I enlarge the .exe in my Windows File Explorer, I do see a sharp / big icon, so it is "somewhere" present!

I believe that this problem is specific to Win11 (it looks fine in Win10). In fact, I only very recently noticed this myself even though I've been using win11 for about 1.5 years, but I had been using ExplorerPatcher to use the Win10 taskbar, and it looked fine to me.
I don't know why the Win11 taskbar changes the behavior but the good news is that PPv6 will take care of this by using the more modern Windows Notifier:

Cool. I forgot to mention that I do use Win11, indeed. Than I will wait and update to Pop Peeper 6 when it's available.

In addition, when using the new Windows notify object, for me a "delete" function should be nice.
I receive a lot of notify-messages which are only sometimes important.
Based on the subject (which is visible in the popup screen) I decide to "delete" or "view" the message at once.
9 out of 10 I delete those incoming status / notify-messages.
Not sure what the difference is between "dismiss" (cancel) and "ignore" (cancel).
See mockup (not sure this is possible).

Is this something for Pop Peeper version 6?
Or am I missing a bonus pack?

It's v6; the buttons shown in the first screenshot will be in v6.
