Additional Notification Displaying - SOLVED

I have PP Pro (v5.5.3) along with the Plus Pack, and I have my preferred skin enabled. However, when I get new mail, I get both my preferred notification skin along with a more generic notification:

How do I remove this additional notification?

main menu: Tools / Options / Notification
When I receive new email = No special action
