Re: Slow access to Gmail

OK, someone sent me some log files and I've been working on this issue. I still don't have any accounts that are affected but it looks like Gmail is implementing a new landing page for gmail.com which looks like this (this is actually the page that gmail.com will redirect to for some people):
https://www.google.com/gmail/about/
Based on the log files I've been provided, there is a test version available:
1) Download this file:
http://data.esumsoft.com/temp/WebMail_v ... _Gmail.zip
2) Exit POP Peeper (main menu: File / Exit)
3) Open the zip you downloaded in step #1 and copy WebMail.dll to where POP Peeper is installed, usually:
C:\Program Files (x86)\POP Peeper\
or, if you have a 32-bit OS:
C:\Program Files\POP Peeper\
4) Restart POP Peeper
5) To ensure that it's using the updated webmail plugin:
a) go to main menu: Help / About
b) In the list for "WebMail" the "current" value should say "4.2.2.9001"
6) Test your gmail account(s) and let me know if this fixes the problem or not.
