OpenSSL v1.0.2.14/n is now available for download:

Ignore the fact that it says "v1.0.2.11" on that page because it's tied to the same version as what POP Peeper displays, which I won't update until further long-term testing. But the exe and zip downloads both have the 14/n version (regular PP installer still downloads v1.0.2.11 until further testing).
