Hriders Mail

Could somebody comment on Hriders Mail, please?
Hriders has the largest storage space of any free email providers, 1000GB, and large attachment size is allowed. It is run by a motorcycle website.
It has POP3 access but it is not usable great majority of the time. All the bandwidth is taken by users uploading and downloading large files. The website provided the storage, but did not provide the bandwidth needed to go along with storage.
So be careful. You may store large files on Hriders, but you may not be able to access them in a timely manner.
