I can't add attachements in my mails, the icon is vanished

0- Always state your PP (and components) version numbers (PP-Help > About-PP) .

1- you can only attach files (using the toolbar-button or drag&dropping) when you use the SMTP output protocol .

The account server may or not accept the SMTP service . The SMTP-URL for the server is normally found in the account-server-documentation .

Inside PP this is defined editing the account > Send-Mail tab > Reply-Options=SMTP , and for many cases the next boxes are = SSL / the SMTP-URL for the server / 465 / Server-Requires-Authentication=marked .
