It appears that Hotmail has started rolling out their new interface to more accounts so the official fix has now been released (WebMail v3.3.0.10).

You will need to log into your hotmail account(s) and before you get into your inbox, a page will appear announcing these new changes. Make sure you check the box that says "don't show this message again" before continuing or POP Peeper will still not be able to access your inbox.

If POP Peeper has already tried to log into your account before you acknowledge the announcement, you will need to either restart POP Peeper, or right-click on the hotmail account and select "clear cookies."

If your hotmail account was set to have the reading pane on the right, then PP still had some issues which have been corrected with WebMail v3.3.0.11

For those of you having problems with Sympatico or Verizon when using hotmail access -- this has now been fixed, webmail v3.3.0.12
