Import contacts

How do I import my contacts from Outlook (not outlook express)to my addresses in popeeper?

Welcome the POP Peeper forums. You can export your contacts in Outlook as comma separated value (CSV) file. Then import the file into POP Peeper.
To import file, go to Sent Mail in top menu.
Select Address Book.
Click on File > Import
